VRF JUDE ANYAEHIE, CMF – APPOINTED NEW VICAR FOR RELIGIOUS IN LAGOS

“Nothing Daunts Him…” (Cons. 9)

His Grace, Most Rev Alfred Adewale Martins, the Archbishop of Lagos, has appointed VRF Jude Anyaehie, CMF, as the Vicar for Religious in the Archdiocese. This takes effect from November 31, 2018. The information is contained in a “Special Circular for the Month of November, 2018” issued by Fr. Vitalis Ezeigwe, the Archdiocesan Secretary.

This is the second time a Claretian Missionary is being appointed Vicar for Religious in the Archdiocese of Lagos. The first was VRF Henry Omonisaye, CMF. the immediate past Superior of the Delegation West Nigeria, who relinquished the office immediately after being elected into the General Curia.

The Archdiocese of Lagos is in the Nigerian Commercial Western State of Lagos. Lagos, a coastal area lying on the mat of the Atlantic Ocean, is a city-state. With an intimidating human population of over 21 million in a small landmass, it has overtaken Cairo, Capital of Egypt, as the most populated City in Africa, and by international estimation would, sooner than later, rank among the 10 most populated cities in the world.

Congratulations to the Claretian Missionaries! Congratulations to Fr Jude.

Please pray for Fr Jude, our brother Claretian Missionary.
